Toddler Translation at 21 Months

I am going to take a stab at it.

bup = up
dow = down or up
how (while wildly raising hand) = help
dat way = that way
tank u = thank you
plee = please
wi oh - Willow
we-al = wheel
outsigh or just sigh = outside
wowid = window
chew = shoes
turt-tle(whispered) = turtle
see we = Sea Weed (the name of the turtle)
daritis = there it is
wha tha = what is that
bar or tar = car
no = nose
cear = star
blahe = balloon
diba diba dib= dip

Words that sound more or less correct.

nana
