Learning Disabilities and Neurological Differences
Back to the blog. Quiet the journey we are on in the is house. Our children are growing and and time is passing so quickly. Every now and then i think we have things under control and then we get new information that requires adjustments in our life.
Nathan currently age 11 in 4th grade. He is a strong reader that spends hours a day with his head in a book. At the end of second grade we was diagnosed with disability in the area of writing and ADHD. 3rd grade happens and we get on a long wait list for neuropsychological testing. As he turns 10 we get additional diagnosis is ASD and dispraxia. He is in 5th and doing fairly well with SPED and computer accommodations at school.
